Description

On the north side of Sr. Center bldg. there is a cable running through the drainage pipe, which is currently frozen. Don't know what the cable is connected to in the building?

On the south side of bldg. There is a utility box that has water draining from it onto the sidewalk and street. Currently frozen but don't know where the water is coming from, whether it is from the inside, or roof top/outside of building? Need a service check on both issues.
