If you ever see a new roof being put on, and decide to report that a permit has not been pulled, be advised that you'd better include pictures. That is because crews now can get a roof done in a day, complete with cleanup. Since the city inspector doesn't show up till two days after, it is then declared that a new roof was not installed, ie; they don't believe the person reporting the issue.
