Description

There is a cable hanging down in the street. The police blocked off the area (with tape) so you can no longer drive down the street. This has been like this for several days and nobody has come to fix the fallen cable. Delivery trucks, garbage trucks, etc. have to come down the street and then back up all the way since you can no longer go past the fallen cable. The cable is still connected to the house across the street but hangs down to within a couple of feet from the street.
