Description
Go north and down to the parking lot and look in the wetland. I'm a regular visitor to this area, watching waterfowl. Today the wetland is mostly frozen over, but a small area remains clear of ice. Today for the first time I noticed an area bubbling up in the water, sometimes 3-4". What came to mind is a water main break. Good luck w this :-). Thank you.
