Q. Please describe the issue
A. Only in chicopee does the dpw wait until the entire street of lafayette and chapel are a skating rink to come out and put salt down 24 hrs after a snow storm. I guess lafayette street is a raceway since cars speed down the street all day and the trash trucks do as well. I wonder if the trash trucks have fleet trackers in them?
