The streets in our East side neighborhood haven't been touched. Eastside, norman, cooper, carr, kingsland, arbour, middle, brown, cheryl and all the others haven't even been acknowledged. A freind said Hillcrest started to be plowed but they just left a wall of snow in the middle of it. What if there were an emergency? Its been 2 days. I know they are busy but if one person has a health issue, it could be tragic.
