All city crews and equipment and regular private contractors have been working on opening roads since Friday morning. Only about 25% of roads are accessible as of 7 a.m. this morning. We have called in every other private contractor with the right equipment that we can find to make an all out push, but the work is very difficult because of the amount of snow.
