All the time, every day. Have seen instances where trucks illrgally parked plus illegally parked double-parkers on the other side of the street cause the entire street to be blocked. Deliveries should happen in their driveway in the back.

During the design of Embankment House, a front driveway similar to the other LeFrak apt buildings on 10th Street was rejected with the comment that car and truck activity would be behind the building. Blocking of Street by deliveries and pickups was the concern that is coming to reality. This same problem is going to happen to the Revetment House being built on the same street. Signage and enforcement is needed to address the issue before it gets out of control

What is the status of this issue? I see there are no parking signs but only on each corner. There should be no stopping or standing signs in front of the entrance as well.

Parking agents wouldn't write the tickets anyway. They don't write tickets for cars parked all day, how do you expect them to ticket cars parked for twenty minutes???????

The cars and trucks for delivery also block the gates for the parking lot across the street. I’ve complained and the resppnse was “call when the gate is blocked”. So rather than proactively speaking with the Embankment management the onus lies in the public.

It became a broken window theory problem here. Cars and trucks illegally stop in front of the Embankment house. Street is blocked. Drivers get nervous. Everyone start to park anywhere they want. Multiple times I had a car going wrong way at me because of illegally standing cars blocking the traffic.

The people sitting inside should advise the people double parking it's illegal and refuse to let them up!!!
