I have reported this issue several times but now with the bad weather here it is becoming a hazard with parents dropping off and waiting at the corner of a side street that leads to a main street. The parents are waiting for the bus to come to pick up their kids. The kids we are talking about are in their teens. It is not just for winter reason but this has been an ongoing issue all year long every year. It is becoming difficult to drive aroun these parents who are waiting on street corners, to pull out into the main road. They are parking on the corner of W Druid him and Center St. This past snow that we have had made it extremely unsafe for drivers who were trying not to slide down the hill and also avoid hitting these parents. Please help
