A. HOA management company continues to allow parking in entry driveway and in front of garages even though this clearly blocks access by fire trucks and egress for residents if a fire was to occur. Formal description of this location is McKinney Villas. Example address of a property that would be affected in an emergency is 907 McKinney Park Ln. Fire truck would have to make tight turn with cars on both sides in the main driveway, then past cars parked in front of garages. If cars were trying to exit, this would be impossible.
