Description

Ms Mortimer, the Tecolinestreetcar operator on duty last Sunday at 12:20 p.m. was rude to the point of being offensive in her manner to us as tourist/passengers travelling on the street car. She was dismissive, disinterested and obviously needs re-training. On the return journey from Tampa Central she merely hooked her thumb over her shoulder to indicate where to alight. Kind regards
