Also, any potential students and their families interested in Cape Fear Community College who come to check it out do not get a very nice first impression of Wilminhgton coming in on North 3rd.

Not only is this part of N 3rd Street in bad shape but it is also unsafe. This has been bad for more than 3 years now. I am glad that the DOT has repaved all of S. Front but now the same repaving must be done for the locals who pay taxes for these services as well as tourists who travel down this important thourough fair. Why must this town always move so sluggishly in repairing streets and pipes the two most important necessities for a city.

Welcome to downtown it is call the historical districts for a reason!
