This picture shows a pedestrian walking in the road, the question is why? Because sidewalks in Marshall Heights South East DC don't exist in many places. It is only a matter of time before a pedestrian wearing none reflective gear is hit by a passing vehicle. I haven't even addressed the concerns presented considering those using wheelchairs, I'll let you guys think that out. Let's be proactive DC.
