Description

The sidewalks along N Decatur Rd, particularly between Superior and Clairmont Cir are in dire need of replacement. Most parts are even with the street (no remaining curb), sections of sidewalk repeatedly crumble, and they are too narrow. The other major problem is that there is zero space separation between pedestrians and vehicle traffic. This is especially dangerous when crossing the creek.

There is a great demand for a safe route from the neighborhoods up to the commercial areas and to the Clifton Corridor. Disrepair, coupled with reckless driving on this section of street make this a very unsafe route to walk.
