Really? any icy path that is a designated bike route, and you found no violation? (of course there is no violation now because it all melted but anyway) Who is responsible for clearing this area? Clearly it is used by pedestrians and folks on bikes who are out and about during the winter. What is the plan to make sure it gets cleared in the future? I can see how salt in this area might be less than idea as it will wash directly into the water, but all the more important that it be cleaned right after a storm and inspected for safe access. I am requesting that this be re-opened and somebody identify who should be keeping this area clean. Thanks so much!
