This has been ongoing with this address. The fence is in disrepair,bent oat that is really a rat nest,trailers, trash, you name it. Walking by this property calls for a gas mask......Might want to look into the welfare of the infant that is said to be living in this mess.it is time the city steps u and takes care of this disgrace!
