There was a guy in Las Vegas staying at Madolay Bay and had a country music concert outside. Not telling you what to do, but sometimes people take matters in their own hands. Of course that guy was planning on doing his dirty deed for quite some time. I am a few blocks away, and it is noisey. A semi auto, with lots of clips.....I won't do that, but don't be surprised if someone does.

It is indeed Rich's, DJs playing music OUTDOORS at dance-floor volume. I emailed yesterday evening; can I expect a reply?
