If you're not happy please contact the home owner. If that doesn't work, go to the town website hit the request for service button and report the problem. The town will contact the owners and force them to fix it.
Tine--- I highly suggest that you do not pinpoint people's addresses on a public website. if you have a specific issue with this house, go on the Town website as they have a handy feature through which you can rat out your neighbors without publicizing them address on a public web site. I doubt that you'd like people publicizing your address on a public web site.
I have called this in to the town for 2 years. Sometimes the shrub is cut back, but most of the time it isn't. The bush is overgrown and to cut it back to get it off the sidewalk might kill it. I get that. However, it is a safety hazard to our children and that takes precedent. Sorry to the homeowner, but the neglect of that shrubbery has left our kids in jeopardy. I'll always come down on the side of our children's safety over a bush.
Why are the adults acting like petulant children? There is a solution to every problem . . . a reasonable solution. All of the "grown ups" have to take action. Do what you have to do . . . sue someone, but SOLVE the problem. Set a GOOD example for the children not a poor example. In other words, GROW UP.
