Description
I recently moved into the address listed. There are no smoke detectors, Carbon Dioxide Detectors or Sprinklers installed. Spoke with Ron Lieberman former President of FL Builders Association and he informed me the CO should not have been issued. The inspector who signed off is Rick Dunn. There is gas in this house, I am a single widow and VERY concerned about safety.
