If the property owner does not make significant repairs and start maintaining the structure- then the property should be condemned and disposed of, as it is definitely a long standing violation of city code 264-5: “Structures that by their state of damage, decay or prolonged vacancy present a hazard to occupants or the public’s health, safety or welfare may be considered dilapidated and subject to demolition and removal.”
