Description

All the manhole covers on the repaved section of Mount Vernon road need to be raised! It is extremely annoying driving down a newly paved road trying to avoid manhole covers because they are just as bad as potholes. Please hold the paving company accountable and have them do their job to the tax payers satisifaction which includes our city administrators. Thank you!
