Erica, thank you for the reply. I do not think patrolling and reporting ( ever try to get a cart number from a speeding cart?, they are on the front, not back ). I was thinking of a caution/slow down sign. Frankly, I will put one up if the Landings Association and security won't. Thank you. Darrell Kim Huffman, 13 Coventry Close.
