Description

The pedestrian signal crossing Lane Street is not timed with the light, and Dawson Street traffic continues to flow for an extended period after the Lane Street pedestrian signal stops flashing. I watched someone almost walk into traffic yesterday trying to cross Dawson after the Lane St crossing signal turned red while Dawson traffic light was still green.
