Out of order Street Light at Pedestrian Crossing at Lincoln Ave. and Centennial. Kids cross Lincoln Avenue every day walking to/from school. Light is always red for pedestrians, never changes, button does not work. While it's green for drivers on Centennial, pedestrians try to cross, but cars are speeding making left turn at the same time. It's a most dangerous intersection. Our neighbor got hit on it while crossing 2 yrs ago, and then pedestrian light was working. Now pedestrian light is off and conditions became more dangerous.
