Description

The water collects on this sidewalk any time it rains and doesn't drain for several days. It's a nuisance and a hazard for those coming and going from Durham elementary. There is also a very large dip in the sidewalk where it has sunk below the curb. I feel that a sidewalk in front of a school should also have a ramp to be handicap accessible. There is a ramp on one side of Dunsmere/Candlelight intersection, but not the other, making the one ramp useless.
