579 Villa esta cir, had gardner show up to start cleaning out backyard. The gardner just took the rubbish and backyard debris and put it into the vacant lot on corner. I told him Monday to put it on the curb for pick up Tuesday and he refused to do so. So now is shoved against the vacant lot.
