This vacant corner has become a dumping ground for old and new tenants of the surrounding apartments. Since there is no home associated with it, and with the ENDLESS CIP project at the intersection, no city services come by to pick up heavy trash. The recliner has practically melted. It's become a home to rats and mosquitoes and is starting to reek.
