Good thing you can see the guys still working in the picture and that the logs haven't been cut up yet. Gee whiz don't even give them a chance to finish before complaining

Better safe than sorry. We have always had a problem with illegal dumping in our neighborhood. Not so bad lately, so always call if your not sure.
