Apparentley the disruption at this corner is being caused by the installation of handicapped ramps. There are no sidewalks in this area and most likely will be many years before there will be any and seldom does any one walk here. if they do they are passing through and walk in the streets. Why would a handicapped person walk on these busy streets near only the reservoir ,railroad crossing and Farm?
