Description
The fence that the St. Pete Country Club uses to "hide" all of their brush materials is significantly beyond it's natural life. There are many fence slats missing, and areas where the fence is collapsing. The fence is beyond repair. The below pic will show what my view is when I look out my front living room window. Please note, this is just ONE part of the fence, the rest of it looks no better. Thank you for your help with this matter.

This is an ongoing issue. Another citizen has reported a similar concern in November, but no action from the city or the Club is noted.
Unfortunately, it leaves the impression that SPCC is getting a pass. The fence is terrible. The maintenance building needs a new paint job. The dumpster on the other side is often left open and overflowing with a host of birds enjoying its contents and dumping them around the neighborhood. The curbs are either un-edged or edges and light posts are sprayed, a non-compliant move that leads to erosion. SPCC should be an asset, but there are concerning, years-long lapses that just have to be addressed.

The City of St Petersburg periodically reviews past reports that are made from citizens within our city limits, and in an effort to clean-up old issues that were resolved some time ago, we are marking as 'closed' those issues that were submitted in the past for which the work has been completed or the issue has otherwise been resolved.
If you think for any reason that the issue you submitted in the past might still be unresolved, please feel free to submit a new report with the SeeClickFix St. Pete website and we will make sure the issue is directed to the appropriate City department to be addressed as soon as possible.
