Rentals are not illegal in NE St Pete and short term rentals are not either ... and btw the home away listing says minimum stay of 30 days anyway ...

Sure, the ad says a minimum 30 days but open the calendar and you quickly see you can rent for under 30 days so it is an attempt to be disingenuous at best.

Everyone needs to read this and pay attention.....30 day minimum rental and then only 3 times per year. Daily rental is not allowed in St. Petersburg, Florida no matter what anyone is telling you and no matter what you think it should be. This is important information to protect all of the residents in St. Petersburg, Florida...Thank you stpetefun....
