After reviewing the website advertising short term rental at this address a violation notice was sent to the owner. The property owner contacted our office to advise that the web ad had been removed. We researched Homeaway as well as other short term rental sites and confirmed the listing had been removed as a result our case was closed. I conducted a search today for this address and confirmed the listing it is still down. If this property is re-listed or additional evidence is available our office will reopen the case and proceed with enforcement.
