Description

Ever since putting a new fire hydrant in on Moss Dr., behind Union Grove High School about 2-3 years ago, when it rains there is standing water in the road. Many potholes have formed, and it's sometimes 2-3 months before they are repaired only to have new ones form. This never happened before the fire hydrant was put in. We have contacted the Water Dept. and the Road Dept. but haven't seen anything done to correct this.
