There are several foxes in town that have mange. They may not be pretty but other then hair loss are healthy. The do not chase people, they eat, drink and run away when approached. With the cold nights they are hunting and eating during the day when it is warmer.
City Animal Control does not have the proper equipment, training nor manpower to trap healthy foxes Needs to be handled by a professional wildlife removal company. Thank you for your comment.

If the coyote is chasing people and/or walking around stumbling - please call the Newnan Police Dept. at 770-254-2355 - animal control and/or an officer will be dispatched to check on the animal.
If the coyote is just being seen and is eating, leaving the area when approached and not chasing anyone - then he is healthy and the City Animal Warden does not have the proper equipment, training or manpower to catch a healthy coyote or fox.
