Description

The traffic light sensor for the left turn lane from Indian River Rd SE-bound onto Kemps River Dr Northbound has been malfunctioning for days. There have been several times where it will turn green and stop Indian River Rd NW-bound traffic, even though there are no cars present in the turn lane. It will also stay green for a solid 20-30 seconds after the last car in line makes the turn.
