The end of Keith Way is a pot hole hazard. The alley is regularly asphalted at the beginning but at the end is so potted and broken that water fills to a small pond. As you can see in the photo, the water fills and enters the garages making it impossible to enter the garages without soaking feet. In the winter is a complete mass of ice. During non-winter months, the end of Keith Way is a crumbles mess with a thicket of tall weeds growing into the broken asphalt.
