Description

Left Turn signal from 40th Eastbound to Telegraph Northbound is erratic. Today, waited through 3 full cycles before finding alternate route. When it is working, it is often too short for the accumulated traffic in the left turn lane. Needs checking, seems like bad sensor or control logic.
