I just responded and removed the cone. Not sure who is placing the cone there or any other items. Not a police matter per se but unless someone sees the person placing the cone not much else that can be done. Hope that helps for the short term at least.

It's the resident at 14 Bassett with the White Honda

This issue is currently being dealt with.

We are all annoyed by this and thank you to the person reporting it. This happens every night with the same White Honda holding that spot into the morning. He definitely lives at 14 Bassett St and I am shocked that your parking officers have allowed it go on for this long. Anything left on the street is trash and will be removed. We should no longer allow this happen!!

The Department of Public Works will begin removing parking savers the morning of Thursday January 11, 2018. Any trash left on the streets after this day will be picked up and removed by the DPW throughout our normal operating day.
