Violating the ordinance daily. Less obnoxious in a car, at least it would eventually go away. This constantly echoes through the neighborhood. This was a very quiet area full if homeonwners. Now these renters moved in disrespecting our families. I hope it stops before summer or we will all be miserable. Worse outside. We can all hear it in our homes. It needs to stop.
