I have reported it to 311 on at least 2 occassions when the work was in progress. They have built a 2 story block wall in the rear (southern and western edges) they have welded a frame from I beams for a large shed like structure and put a metal roof on top of it (all of which doesn't look new because the metal is rusty). It is impossible to know in advance when they will be working. This is a 1sq block project all being built without permits. Sounds crazy, but this guy built a whole complex across the street the same way.

The whole area north and south of 2400 Washington (24th st and south) is a complete mess. Every window in that warehouse is smashed out and this area has become a dumping ground for anybody and everybody. We'll clean up as much as we can but we really need the citys help here.

Ps..I now think Bob Shipman is the man!!!
