2100 Christian St. Construction debree has been on the sidewalk and leaning against the building for weeks.

It is on the 21st street side. It is plywood and scraps of sheetrock and the like. It is a new construction site (2100 Christian). The contractor is the owner (I'm sure the material belongs to a sub but who cares?). The material has been there for at least 3 weeks.
