All these unshoveled sidewalks are an especial hazard for older people whose balance may be challenged and whose bones are more fragile. Lumpy, slippery stretches of sidewalk are a real health hazard for many, and the enforcement seems weak (last winter even Sen. Warren's stretch of sidewalk was sheet ice and snow for over a week!).
