Description

The water meter is in front of 1321 (which is a duplex)... and I'm not sure which unit's meter it is, but it is leaking fairly significantly into the gutter and then freezing causing a big and ever expanding ice skating rink. I did life the cover off the meter hole and it is 100% a leak somewhere around the meter or city main coming into the meter
