They have up 8 hours after the snow has fallen to shovel the snow off the sidewalk.

Once snow has stopped the owner has 8hrs to clean their property. We will have an inspector check the property.

The sidewalk is part of a county road. No one lives there. It's either the city's our county's responsibility. Please remove the snow. Thank you.

I understand that this sidewalk has been an issue for your community. We have done some research and have located the property owner; we have also informed them that the property must be clean within 8 hours from the time the storm stops.
