Yes the cars were not parked on the even side of the road or in the lot of 660 winchester where they are told to go so only a strip down the middle of Lilac Street is cleared. Street will never be properly cleared and this is a LOT of snow this time.

So the City sends this out... REALLY.. There was no enforcement whatsoever of the policy!!! Why post it if you won’t enforce it. Lilac Street will not be cleared and it will be a real show once the ODD side of the street Parker’s shovel themselves out. Which means for a responsible homeowner; re-shoveling sidewalks and streets being a mess.. Thanks New Haven...
