They have up 8 hours after the snow has fallen to shovel the snow off the sidewalk.

Once the snow has stopped the owner has 8hrs to clean their property. We will send an inspector to check the property.

The sidewalk is part of a county road. No one lives there. It's either the city's our county's responsibility. Please remove the snow. Thank you

I understand that this sidewalk has been an issue for your community.
