Description
The on ramp to i65 south from long hollow is falling apart. pavement has ruts in it and has fallen apart to the point of becoming gravel. this where the ram meet long hollow as well as the other end of the ram where it merges with i65. Cars are swerving to try and avoid the issue but there is no escape. Issue happens again in the left south bound land about a 100 yards from the onramp.

The worst problem is at the entrance to I65 S at top of same ramp. It is a large area of no pavement. Cars swerve to avoid this rocky lane of entry. This is an accident waiting to happen.
Please repair these as this has been a problem well before Christmas. Thank you.
