Description
Owner has installed a spa on the carport and partially fenced off the area. The spa is located 3 feet from the proprty’s electrical panel creating safety concerns. Additionally, the partial fence was installed without a permit and creates an area for lurkers to hide sight unseen posing safety risks to all residents. According to the city, no permits were pulled for either the spa or the permit. Concern about safety of spa and electric as well as the fencing.
