Description

I have to walk from my parents' house on Saltonstall Road to the West Medford Commuter Rail Line stop (and back) 5 days a week, and many people living on Grove Street aren't taking care of the ice and snow on the sidewalk. Walking back after work, it's dark and hard to see where there is or isn't ice. It's a narrow road, and made even more narrow by the snow on the side of the street. Walking on the side of the street doesn't feel safe, especially when it's dark, and because cars tend to go very fast. There are many kids in this area who I'm sure would shovel for some cash.
