Dear Roswell code enforcement,
I’d like to bring to your attention a sidewalk construction violation at Allenbrook Lane. Bright Water Homes Inc. just completed four brand-new homes on this street. As part of the new construction, Bright Water Homes had to break the existing sidewalk across the street along the side of the church to dig out for utilities for the new homes. They dug out 3 sections of the sidewalk and never bothered to replace it. It has been 5 months since they dug out the sidewalk; now they are done construction, and put grass to cover the sections where the sidewalk should be.
We are residents of Allenbrook Lane; my wife walks our dog daily, and when it rains those sections get really muddy and slippery. I’m a jogger, and the uneven sidewalk pavement could be hazardous. I’d really appreciate if you could look into this violation.
